What is the renewal deadline for Members to retain their existing seats?
The renewal deadline is Friday 9 November 2018.

How do I become a Member for the first time?
The easiest way to become a Member is by joining online at Bulldogs Membership or calling our team on 1300 769 164.

How can I pay for my membership?
Memberships can be paid in full or via monthly instalments. Monthly instalments run until June 2019 and are split across the remaining months eg. If you sign up at the start of November 2018, your membership will be spread across 8 months. However, if you sign up in the beginning of February 2019, you will only be able to split the cost of your membership across 5 months.

How do I know my application has been received?
You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been processed.

In what category do I buy membership if I have an oversized flag or banner that I would like to bring to the game?
Any member bringing a flag or banner over 1.5m must have membership in The Kennel and must register their flag with the Club before membership cards are sent out. Please email members@bulldogs.com.au with the dimesons of your flag or banner and what is on it for it to be approved by the Club and Stadium.

How do I receive access with my membership to the 2019 Bulldogs v Rabbitohs game on Good Friday and 2019 Bulldogs v Dragons game on Queen’s Birthday Monday?
In 2019, the Good Friday and Queen’s Birthday matches will both be Bulldogs HOME games, granting all members access excluding Belmore and Born and Bred Members.

What Reciprocal Games do I get with my Membership this year?

Members will receive reciprocal access to away games played against certain teams at ANZ Stadium. Exact games and teams to be finalised once the 2019 NRL draw has been released.

Do I get a discount on tickets to away matches as a member?

This is up to the discretion of the HOME team. If they are extending an offer to our members, you will be notified in our weekly member emails with the team list.

I am a new Member – how do I know if I will get my seat preference?
Seating is allocated on a first-come first-served basis with preference given to existing members, and member tenure. If your seating request is not available we will contact you, starting from late November with alternative options. Please note: the two bays next to the tunnel for Full Season Memberships on the west is not available for new members.

What name goes onto a personalised item in my benefit pack?

The Members first name will be printed on the personalised item. Should you wish to have another name please contact the membership team ASAP on 9789 8000.

What if I am a renewing Member with a change request?
All renewing Members who wish to change their seats are required to "lock in" their existing seats before the renewal deadline to ensure they do not lose these seats should their preference be unavailable. Once the renewal deadline passes, we will endeavour to grant your seating request on a first-come first-served basis and charge you any difference. If you are not successful, you will be notified with alternatives.

What classifies a teen, junior, concession or family?
Junior: 5-9 years old. Teen: 10-15 years old. Concession: 16-17 years OR A holder of a Department of Social Security Card or a current full-time student card. Proof of eligibility must be provided to the Bulldogs office. Family: In 2018 there are extended family options catering for family groups of four or more.

I purchased a P1 parking pass, when will I receive it?
P1 parking passes will be sent in February 2019.

How do I redeem my Canterbury Leagues Club Membership?

For those Ultimate, Full Season Plus and Full Season Adult Members that received a Complimentary Canterbury Leagues Club Membership in 2019, you will be able to redeem your Membership from the Canterbury Leagues Club once you receive your 2019 Membership Card. Simply take your card to the Leagues Club, see the reception staff and they will be able to assist you. Please Note:

  • Must be 18 years of age or over
  • Membership is not transferable
  • Valid for 12 months from date of joining
  • Existing members will be eligible to renew their existing membership.
  • No refunds for existing members
  • Canterbury Membership terms and conditions apply

Are there any policies I need to abide by?
By becoming a Bulldogs Member you are agreeing to abide by the Bulldogs Code of Conduct, Terms & Conditions and the policies of any stadium we play at. For more information please see www.bulldogs.com.au & www.anzstadium.com.au . The Bulldogs reserve the right to cancel memberships if any of these polices and/or codes are broken (https://membership.thebulldogs.com.au/terms).

Who do I contact if I see someone who is not abiding by the code of conduct?
If you experience any issues on game day, please SMS our security assistance line on 0427 135 138 with the location and a description of your issue. You can also notify our membership staff at aisle 104 or 127. 

When will Membership benefit packs and cards be ready?
Membership benefit packs and cards will be available from December. Your cards and packs will be sent to the postal address you have listed on your account. Please ensure your address is up to date if you move at any stage during the season to ensure your member cards, packs and other forms of mailed communication are received at the correct address.

Is my Membership card transferable?
Membership cards are transferrable, provided that they are transferred to a person of equal or lesser status. I.e. an adult cannot gain entry on a junior or concession pass.

However, you are NOT permitted to use ONE membership card amongst multiple people or be used to sneak into membership areas. Anyone caught doing this will receive an official warning and will have their membership terminated.
